Cinta Senese is an ancient breed coming from the Siena area, characterized by a black coat and a white "cinta (belt)". Roberto knows his pigs one by one; they are bred in a semi-wild state, with feed compliant with the PDO regulations and cereals grown in the Tuscan countryside. The experience that you can experience on Roberto's farm is as rural as it is unforgettable; after a walk in the vineyards and the olive grove, you will have the opportunity to interact with "Ciro", i.e. the domestic pig, and meet all his company of cinta senese piglets having fun in the mud. After meeting these cute animals (and maybe even taking some selfies with them), it will be time to delight your palate with a tasting board of Cinta Senese cold cuts, or a quick lunch based on farm products, perhaps gathered in the garden directly from you.
