Guided tasting of beers and cheeses

A sensory journey to discover aromas, flavors, and surprising pairings between two outstanding protagonists of taste: craft beer and local cheese.
The tasting will be led by ONAF – National Organization of Cheese Tasters and beer expert Francesco Ranzani, in an exclusive event designed to celebrate the union of high-quality artisanal supply chains.

During the experience, participants will be guided through the tasting of 3 selected beers paired with 3 cheeses.
Through a narrated tasting, attendees will explore:
• the organoleptic characteristics of each product,
• sensory tasting techniques,
• the principles of a harmonious beer and cheese pairing.
