Wine & Pecorino Cheese Lover

An authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany, between flavors and iconic landscapes.

Set off for the hills of Val d’Orcia(UNESCO World Heritage Site) or the Valdichiana Senese, where the famous Pecorino di Pienza cheese was born. You will discover the processing techniques up close, you will meet the artisans and you will learn to distinguish the different seasonings, from fresh to seasoned, also tasting it in combination with honey and jams. Everything comes from the milk of sheep that graze freely among aromatic herbs, giving the cheese its unique aroma.

You will then go to Montepulciano, among gentle blackthorn vineyards, to visit a Vino Nobile winery. The producer will guide you to discover his philosophy and production methods, with a tasting of Rosso di Montepulciano DOC and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG.

A short but intense journey, perfect even for those who have little time, to savor the most authentic essence of the territory.
