Two weekends to savor one of the most characteristic preparations of the Valdichiana Senese
Bico is a poor, ancient bread baked in a wood-fired oven that can be filled with a variety of ingredients, from cold cuts to local cheeses, offering endless variations. This recipe, typical of the village of Piazze (Cetona), brings the local community together for a typical summer food event in the Valdichiana Senese. There are two weekends to taste this product: June 27-29 and July 3-6.
