The 10th edition of the Lake Chiusi Triathlon Sprint, will be an opportunity to compete in a unique environment where fun, health, self-challenge and harmony with nature will reign. In an exclusive race course, competitors will battle each other in three of the most popular and practiced disciplines worldwide: everything will start by swimming across the lake for 750 meters, once outside the goal will be to cover 20 kilometers by bike and finally cover the remaining 5 kilometers by running.

But a stay in Chiusi is not complete without immersing yourself in the very long history of this town. Evidences of Etruscan splendor are scattered almost everywhere in the city of the legendary lucumone Porsenna, but it is only by visiting the museums in the historic center that it is possible to learn about Chiusi's ancient founding civilization. The Chiusi Card allows you to visit the National Etruscan Museum, the Cathedral Museum and Labyrinth of Porsenna and the Civic Museum with a single access ticket (reservation recommended). Through the suggestive Labyrinth of Porsenna it is possible to access to the Bell Tower of the Cathedral: from here you can enjoy a panorama that extends as far as Lake Trasimeno, Amiata and Valdichiana.

Day 1 FRIDAY
Arrival and accommodation.
Guided tour of the "Underground City" of Chiusi, a civic museum divided into three sections with a complex of underground passages that open in the heart of the historical centre, in evocative environments from the Etruscan era.
Recommended visit to the National Etruscan Museum, which preserves and exhibits artifacts illustrating the history of Chiusi from the Bronze Age to the Lombards period.
Dinner with a 3-course menu in one of Chiusi's restaurants.

Day 2 SATURDAY
Visit to a local winery with wine tasting paired with a selection of local products.
For the afternoon, a visit to the Labyrinth of Porsenna is recommended, a vast and ingenious network of underground tunnels from the Etruscan era dug into the sandstone that run under the historic center of Chiusi at a depth reaching about 25 meters underground.

Meeting at Lake Chiusi for the distribution of bibs and race packs for the 11st edition of the Lake Chiusi Triathlon Sprint
