Valdichiana Eating: bio market with the local producers

Valdichiana Eating is a project by the Strada Vino Nobile Montepulciano and Sapori Valdichiana Senese to enhance the short chain products, local food and wine excellence and quality certifications, with the awareness that one of the best ways to get to know a territory is to set out to discover its traditional flavors.

The main event of Valdichiana Eating is an annual meeting of local products and producers, which takes place every year in a different square in Valdichiana. This year local producers are waiting for you in the historic center of Montefollonico (Torrita di Siena) on Saturday 15 April and Sunday 16 April, from 10 a.m.

The producers of the Valdichiana and Valdorcia will be present during the two days of the event with their best products, from the Valdichiana garlic to the extra virgin olive oil, from cured meats to jams.
Specific focus on organic productions, with the possibility to taste local wines at the Wine corner, under the guidance of Fisar professionals.

Valdichiana Eating will take place simultaneously with "Lo gradireste un goccio di Vin Santo?", the event dedicated to the Tuscan sweet liqueur. During the two days it will therefore be possible to taste and buy the products of the market and to taste excellent local Vin Santo.
